Get To Know Me
Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I like to keep things positive and team oriented. We work together to reach your goals, and I try to make the rehab process as fun and motivating as possible. Getting better doesn’t have to be boring!
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
It’s all about mutual respect. I value the time we spend together and want it to be productive. In return, I ask that you are punctual, stay committed, especially by keeping up with your home exercises between sessions. That teamwork really makes a difference!
Your progress matters! Let’s make every session count—be on time, stay committed, and follow through with home exercises. Together, we’ll achieve great results!
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I love staying active, whether I’m out cycling, hitting the gym, or hiking through the woods. Being outdoors and moving keeps me energized and balanced.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I got into physical therapy, and specifically orthopedics, after getting injured playing rugby in college. My rehab experience was so positive, it inspired me to help others the same way. The best part of the job? Seeing someone get back to doing what they love after thinking they might not be able to again. That’s incredibly rewarding.
