Dr. Sana Chaudhary received her medical degree from Army Medical College in Pakistan and then went on to train in Internal Medicine at Chicago Medical School at RFUMS. She then moved to Louisiana for a Rheumatology fellowship. Dr. Chaudhary received comprehensive training in rheumatologic disorders which included, but was not limited to, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, gout, scleroderma and spondyloarthropathies. She is board-qualified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Her main focus is to provide excellent patient care as well as patient/caregiver education.

I aim to empower my patients with rheumatologic conditions to lead normal, healthy lives by actively listening and prioritizing patient education, I ensure comprehensive care. Punctuality and personalized attention are paramount, reflecting my commitment to building lasting relationships and facilitating their journey to better health.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
My patients' well-being is my priority. I'm committed to supporting them through their journey, going the extra mile for their recovery. I encourage openness and understanding of their disease for effective treatment.
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I find joy in family time, and I particularly enjoy cooking and outdoor activities. Delving into interior design and home organization fascinates me, leading me to engage in constant home projects. As an avid reader, I stay updated on the latest developments in rheumatology.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
Choosing rheumatology for its intellectual challenge amid the complexity of disorders, I enjoy educating and building long-term relationships with patients. The ultimate reward is witnessing their improvement.

Took over my care when I was in danbury hospital.. Very knowledgeable, friendly. And most of all got me back on my feet... during several office appointments everyone in entire practice is terrific, friendly, good out of the way for you...
