Sara Christian, PA-C

Sara Christian is a Physician Assistant dedicated to providing high-quality care to her patients. She is motivated to build strong relationships through effective and honest communication. Through these relationships, her goal is to determine what is most important to her patients and work with them to develop treatment plans that are consistent with the patient’s goals and improve their quality of life. Sara is a graduate of the Marist College Physician Assistant program and is excited to continue her career in the Hudson Valley.

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
My goal as a Physician Assistant is to provide high-quality care to all of my patients. I intend to educate and involve my patients in decision-making to create the most effective plan for each individual that offers the best possible quality of life.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Communication. I look forward to involving patients in their care so that together we can make the most appropriate decisions regarding their health and livelihood. To do so, I expect trust and honesty from my patients.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I enjoy running, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose this specialty because I believe primary care providers have a great opportunity to impact the long-term health of their patients. I want to build trusting relationships with my patients and hope to see the long-term benefits that taking care of their health has on their quality of life.
