What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Trust, honesty and respect are vital in the patent and care provider relationships. This helps to build a longterm partnership with my patients, and good health for years to come.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I train to run a half marathon annually to support Sparrows Nest, a local charity that feeds families in the Hudson Valley undergoing cancer care. My husband and I enjoy hiking local trails.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I am honored to care for oncology patients in the Hudson Valley for more than 30 years. I'm now focused on providing a unique collaborative survivorship program, so women can not only survive, but thrive.
