Specializing in adult psychiatry, Sara has extensive experience in treating various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety and PTSD. Sara’s journey began with undergraduate studies in Psychology, followed by a PhD program in Counseling Psychology at Purdue University. It was there that she developed a deep appreciation for a holistic approach to mental health care, recognizing the critical value of both therapy and psychiatric medications. This realization led her to transition to Yale University, where she received clinical training in psychiatric medication management at Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital and Connecticut Community Healthcare. She is committed to understanding each individual’s unique challenges while guiding them toward attaining their goals and living a fulfilling life. By integrating therapeutic techniques with medication management, Sara ensures that her patients receive the most comprehensive care possible.
