Sarah Lambeth, MD

Sarah Lambeth, MD, (she/her), is an OB/GYN, double board-certified in both Obstetrics/Gynecology and Complex Family Planning. She completed her medical training in Boston and practiced in Chicago for 8 years before relocating to Hudson Valley.

Dr. Lambeth provides full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care with interests in contraception and family planning, early pregnancy complications, gynecologic surgery, menopause, and menstrual disorders. She is fluent in medical Spanish and is committed to caring for patients from diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Lambeth is known for being a good listener and creating a safe space. She ensures patients are well-informed of all their options so they can feel empowered to participate in decisions about their care.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you are not caring for patients?
When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with my rescue pets (one dog and one cat), traveling with my partner, enjoying the outdoors, eating good food, or reading.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I became an OB/GYN because I love combining medical and surgical care to support people's reproductive/sexual health needs throughout their lifespan. I am passionate about helping patients understand their bodies, feel empowered in their decisions, and access the best healthcare possible.
