Get To Know Me

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I believe in patient-centered care and approaching each patient as an individual. Healthcare is not a one-size-fits-all model; each patient has their own unique needs, and I believe it’s important to help patients accomplish their personal health goals.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I will always do my best to listen to my patients' concerns and help them understand why I am suggesting and offering various evidence-based interventions and recommendations. I want my patients to always feel comfortable with me and have honest and open communication.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
When I am not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, taking walks with our dog, going to the beach, and exploring new coffee shops in the area.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose endocrinology as I have witnessed many of my loved ones struggle with diabetes. I believe endocrinology is one of the most important areas of medicine. I love watching and helping my patients achieve their health goals.
