Tammy L. Weiner, MD

Dr. Tammy Weiner is an emergency medicine physician and is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. She specializes in managing life-threatening situations in adults and children including resuscitations, heart attacks, strokes, poisonings and trauma. Dr. Weiner has a special interest in caring for patients in the local community as she grew up in Brookfield and was born at Danbury Hospital. She is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Vermont College of Medicine, focusing on educating medical students and residents. Dr. Weiner completed her undergraduate and master's degrees at Dartmouth College before attending medical school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time making homemade jam with her children and hiking with her dogs.
