Get To Know Me
I enjoy the variety of family medicine, from seeing a new baby and their siblings to managing elderly wellness. I believe in supporting the patient in actively managing their own wellness.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I take my time with patients, and they will get the time they need from me. I ask that they are active in their own care.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
In my free time, I enjoy Broadway shows, family time and reading.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
Family medicine allows me to care for the whole patient. It offers variety and allows me to know the whole family. I have the privilege of caring for them through decades.

I am so grateful that Dr. Foster is my doctor. She answers all my questions and provides valuable information that many doctors would not, for example, food that would be good for me to eat when I am recovering from my surgery, etc. I am so glad she is my doctor

She always listens, she always explains things. But beyond that, she treats the whole me. I came because of my hip pain but she asked a few questions and noted I was going through stress and asked if that was why I lost some weight. She talked about how my stress situation could affect my husband’s condition, and important piece for me to note. Above and beyond.
