Travis S. Kipping, MD

Dr. Travis Kipping is a psychiatrist who is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He treats adults 18 and older with a variety of psychiatric conditions. He completed his psychiatric residency at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center (now called Mt. Sinai Morningside/West). He attended the State University of New York - Downstate for medical school.

The most important thing patients should expect from their professional relationship with me is that I will listen and actively think about their treatment plan. I expect patients to be active participants in their treatment.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I enjoy cooking, reading and spending time with my family.

I chose psychiatry as you get to make a connection with a person and help them live their best lives.
