Mutual respect is the most important factor.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I love to exercise with my family, especially outdoors. I love to attend concerts and museums to learn about history and art.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose internal medicine because it allows me to get involved in the management of a wide variety of medical problems, while being able to develop close and longitudinal relationships with my patients.

Dr Tikhomirov is an outstanding, caring and kind physician, one of the very best I have ever. He is well known to be an exceptional diagnostician. He thoroughly reviews all lab results with me, is easy to talk to, listens intently and never rushes through an appointment. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor.

Extremely competent. Takes good notes from previous visits. Genuine thought to my physical condition. Ordered follow up blood test for some blood levels the doctor felt needed to keep an eye on.
