Alexander P. Abadir, MD

Dr. Alexander Abadir is a physician specializing in gastroenterology. He sees adult patients aged 18 years and older. He treats a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, celiac disease and malabsorptive disorders, Barrett’s esophagus, gastric reflux, post-surgical bowel disorders, and liver disease. With my family and friends hiking, skiing, scuba diving, and teaching my young son how to fix up boats and old homes.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
Because we can be physicians for the diagnosis and treatment of many medical issues. Having patients living symptom-free and worry-free is the greatest reward.
