What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
A physician/patient relationship is built on the foundation of trust and empathy.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I enjoy spending my days off living life to its fullest with my family.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose to be a gastroenterologist specializing in advanced therapeutic endoscopy to help patients conquer illnesses and provide treatments that were previously only possible with surgery.

Dr Liu is incredibly personable and friendly. I love her sense of humor, and how all of her team follows her lead. Seeing them be playful in the OR demonstrates their confidence and support of each other — I KNEW I was in good hands and had faith that the procedure would go smoothly.
